Let's Play Yoga™ Preschool Teacher Training
Our 12-hour course is taught by Karen Prior and qualifies as CEU hours for Registered Yoga Teachers. In the Let's Play Yoga™ teacher training you will learn to teach preschool children ages 2 - 6.

Course Syllabus

Sample mommy & me class, philosophy of playing, ages & stages, what yoga is appropriate for young children.

Playing Yoga: Warm-ups, yoga games, breathing games, chanting and songs.

Practice teaching, teaching tips, relaxation techniques, structuring a class, more practice teaching.

Recommended Books
Books are not required. However, the following books are recommended.

-Fly Like A Butterfly: Yoga for Children by Shakta Kaur Khalsa
-A Boy & A Bear by Lori Lite
